Pecos Lodge will provide housing solution for up to 450 workers
HOUSTON, TEXAS – September 18, 2012 – Target Logistics, the largest turnkey workforce housing provider in the United States, has begun construction on its first lodge in the Permian Basin. The Pecos Lodge opens in mid-November and initially will provide housing for 200 with plans to expand to as many as 450 beds.
The Pecos Lodge is on the southwest side of U.S. Hwy 285 and County Road 116 just south of Interstate 20. The property will feature:
- Bedrooms with private or Jack & Jill bathrooms – all with pillow-top mattresses, 300-count sheets, oversized towels, flat-screen satellite television, DVD, housekeeping, desk, chair, wardrobe, individual climate control and daily housekeeping services. Most have a microwave and a refrigerator.
- Site-wide Wi-Fi Internet connectivity
- 24-hour dining area serving three hot meals a day
- Outdoor swimming pool and barbeque area
- Basketball court and horseshoe pit
- Game and recreation room
- Gym and fitness area
- Internet café
- Free self-service laundry
- Parking, 24-hour security and controlled entry access cards
