Eagle Ford facility provides full-service housing solution for 300 workers
CARRIZO SPRINGS TEXAS – March 19, 2012 – Target Logistics, the largest turnkey workforce housing provider in the United States, will hold the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of its new Carrizo Springs Lodge on Thursday, March 22 at 5:30 PM. The lodge, designed to accommodate the ever-growing workforce in the Eagle Ford Shale, provides comfortable accommodations with full services including 24-hour dining, game and recreation rooms, fitness center and free self-serve laundry for 300 oil and gas workers.
Located at 3718 U.S. Highway 277 (Highway 277 and Loop 517) in Dimmit County, the Carrizo Springs Lodge employs approximately 30 people and features:
- 300 private rooms with pillow-top mattresses, high-quality bedding/towels, flat-screen satellite televisions, DVDs and housekeeping
- 24-hour dining area serving three hot meals a day
- Game and recreation room with televisions, pool and game tables
- Gym with state-of-the-art fitness equipment
- Internet café and free Wi-Fi throughout the lodge
- Free self-service laundry
- 24-hour security with controlled entry access cards
In addition, Target Logistics has opened eight lodges with more than 3,700 beds in the Bakken Shale region of North Dakota since 2010. Several additional lodges are on schedule to open in Texas and North Dakota during the coming months.
